I was very hesitant to join an agency while on my job search but after a discussion with my - now supervisor - who gave me a detailed and honest look into how their agency works, I decided to join. I can honestly say I’ve loved working for Degree Six so far. My manager is very understanding and respectful of outside commitments. So as long as communication is involved, it will be respected if you cannot work certain days or times. I’ve enjoyed the flexibility of working for Degree Six greatly and the teams they work to provide for cover a large area, meaning that shifts are readily available whatever your schedule.

It hasn't been long since I started working in Degree Six but so far I have had good experience. Working with a supportive advisor consultant Sam Heselton who has helped me along the way with getting job so quickly, which are close to my area with particular shift and hrs that I want to do. Plus communication is very good, Sam has always been great at following up with any issues or problem. Also having feedback from workplace, it really makes you feels appreciated for all your hardwork. Plus I am happy that it is a weekly pay so by the end of the week you get all your money.
