M.I have worked with First Call for about three months and during all this time the company have been professional especially when your honest with them about your timetable because if not they can be nagging. The only things I was not happy is when they book more people and the company they work for refuse to take extra staff as it happened once with me. However, this is understandable considering an agency worker can call at any time to cancel booking and in most cases the company they work with do take extra staff.
I also liked their recruitment process, it was quick and easy.
a.I am very sad to read other people's reviews having a bad experience with this agency. Everybody can accept that experiences are different, for each of us. To me, this agency, First Call Contract Services from Leicester, is one of the best I worked with since I came to England, about 5 years ago. The team is very nice, I have got help and understanding anytime I needed it. I still work for this agency, starting two years ago, and I hope that other people will have the same good feelings as I have for their professionalism.

D.I would highly recommend,Nathan Garton and Jamie Wright this is by far the best agency I have ever been because they are working there .Extremely professional in their day to day role. if you have a problem it was dealt with there. My experience with First Call Leicester branch was relaxed and professional. You felt that they respected your efforts and treated you fair. Straight business no messing around. When it was time to be paid- your money was there pronto! I'll definitely recommend them to people and I often do!!!
A. E.I am registered to this agency for 5months and here’s my review. Professional and very polite staff. They always try to support or help if needed. Some reviewers accused them of not picking calls or not giving shifts but it is unfair to accuse them because these things don’t depend on this agency but on warehouses’ requirements, they try and do their best for the registered workers. Finally, one of the best things is you always receive your payslips in time.I recommend to register with this agency👍
