Gi Group are an amazing agency to find a job through. Arita in particular was fantastic, so easy to talk to and very welcoming. Arita told me about the roles available and picked the one that best suited me and within two weeks I had job! Anyone looking for a job I recommend Gi Group!

The staff at Gi Group in Leicester are extremely helpful especially Mo Asif. Anytime I've called up the office for a chat, he's always on hand to answer any questions I have. I get prompt replies to my emails as well. Most importantly,I've not been messed about with regards to registration or work availability . Fair job prospects for anyone looking for a temp to perm job.

I went in to the office to register for jobs and was given the warmest welcome by all the staff. I was greeted politely and helped by a young girl on the front desk. I did the registration with a guy called Mo who was super helpful and professional. I was even offered a cup of coffee by another gentleman sat at the back!! I felt right at home and would recommend to anyone

Top agency to work for, staff are really helpful and provide the best advice. I was looking for work and went round to many agencies as you do. All the agencies I approached gave me the same witty answer, 'We'll be in touch with you'. I decided to pop down to Gi Group as they were one of the few agencies that I hadn't yet visited. They had a few positions available in Melton Mowbray and Leicester. Mohammed was my main point of contact. He told me about the different jobs that he had available and which would best suit me. He got me to register straight away and told me that he'll speak to the company and see when they can take me in from. That is exactly what had happened. He gave me a call the ver same day in the evening and asked if i could start the next morning. He was always quick to answer any of my queries and was always willing to help out where he could. He use to take my calls out of his normal working hours too (called him once on a Friday night to ask him how many holidays I had - bless him). If anyone is looking for a job in Leicester, I would highly recommend Gi Group. They'll have you out working in no time. I'm no longer with the agency now as I've found a job closer to where I live but if i was ever looking for a job again I know where I would be heading.

I had been actively seeking work since August of last year. I hadn't cast my net out far enough and had solely focused on two national agencies with local branches. My experience with them led me to believe that I wasn't fit for the job market and that all my experience thus far had counted for nothing. One agency had never even met with me to register, nor did I receive any feedback from them regarding my CV and they never returned my calls, EVER. Come to think of it, there's still a role that they've put me forward for over 8 weeks ago and I'm still none the wiser! Shocking! The other agency gave me no real insights into the roles that they were putting me forward for and so I was never really prepared for interviews - this shocked me. I was constantly being put forward for roles that I was being rejected for. I resided to the fact that I was either being sent to interviews to make up their quota or that I just wasn't good enough and even though I doubted myself, I refused to believe. And then Nicola came along - the game changer! She was so open & honest and I felt valued by her. She did what she promised and she was always accountable. She kept me posted at every stage and even contacted me out of working hours. Her ethic was so refreshing that she changed my belief of the recruitment industry, that not all agencies are like the other two. Her actions empowered my belief in myself again. Even when things got tense as I hadn't had a decision, she coached me through my decision making to allow me to have more open options and this lifted my uncertainty. And here we I an now, job offer in hand and for the role that I always wanted! Thanks to Nicola for fighting my corner. I can't recommend her enough. Thank you so, so much and I wish her enough.
