Got referred from the job centre, was expecting standard agency attitude, but the service I recieved from Michaela was some of the best customer service I have ever recieved in any business. My only personal experience with the Leicester branch thus far has been spectacularly good. Applied for a role that they had acquired and came into contact with George. Meeting him was great; easy guy to get on with and pretty down to earth. Put forward for an interview and got the role, but that little detail is almost irrelevant. What is pertinent, however, is the level of professionalism I have experienced in my customer after care. It has been extremely thorough and at no stage have I been left in the dark in terms of the progress of this new chapter in my career.
