I wanted to thank Emma for her continued support in my job application. Her diligence and professionalism was outstanding from start to finish and made the whole process much easier, and by far the best experience I have had with an ‘agency’. Emma at precision was an absolute god send for me starting a new career she always kept in contact through every step of the way and even went out of her way to update my cv to make it look more professional. I have used a number of recruitment agencies in the past and they all promise the earth, yet very few deliver. You can apply for positions where you fit all the criteria but you don't get past the gate keepers, they don't even take the time to meet with you or even talk to you. Precision are different and especially Natalie who had in depth conversations with me and interviewed me, obtained references and fitted me perfectly to the job I wanted. All along the process she was there to help and advise and she is professional and friendly in her approach. I now have a good relationship with her and when the time comes that I will be employing more staff my first stop will be at Precision Recruitment and especially Natalie. I found 'Precision Recruitment' to be a highly apt name for this business. My recent career history had made me quite a tricky candidate to place and I had begun to despair of the 'blunderbuss' approach taken by many in the recruitment industry. However Sarah at Precision took the time to really understand me and was tenacious in securing an interview with a client of hers, where she believed I would be a good fit. The follow-up was also excellent every step of the way - pre and post interview and offer, as well as further calls during the settling in period. Absolutely a five star service! It is of course easy to write a positive review on a recruiter when you have secured the job but Sarah at Precision offered all that I would expect of a recruiter, were I the client myself.

First of all many thanks to Sharon Pickering and all precision crew ,precision recruitment is a satisfying agency to work for. During the time of 6 months I had been searching hard for an engineering position. I have worked with many employment agencies and attended many interviews. However I found precision recruitment to be the most professional and quickest agency at arranging interviews. Within three weeks of signing up with them I had an interview and gained a position. I dealt with Jon Webster at Precision, we got to know each other very well over the months I was searching for a job. Jon was very good at finding out what I wanted, my expectations from a company, plus how far I was prepared to travel. He was very good at liasing between me and the prospective companies, he was honest and did not fluff or exaggerate anything - like some agencies do. He worked with me, and understood when I couldnt take his call at work, and we always communicated when required. He was very quick at re- acting to a situation, as in if I was free that day for an interview, he would arrange a time with the company, and really worked hard to put us together and fit in with what I could do as regards interviews.
