Could not recommend this company enough. They started off by visiting us and talking us through the whole process, explaining where we have gone wrong in the past with recruitment and how to get a better overall culture within our company. They were very professional, responded to all queries in a timely matter and were very knowledgeable/ experienced. We would never use anybody else now. I've contacted Synergy Personnel on two occasions to find a job - the first time I spoke to Gavin, and the second time I spoke to Tom. Both Gavin and Tom were so professional and friendly, and they were so good at keeping me up to date with available roles and updates on applications I'd made to specific companies. I received calls from both of them even when we hadn't scheduled a time to discuss roles further; both just wanted to see how I was getting on in my own job search and wanted to let me know about other roles that appeared that they thought I might be interested in. Thankfully I'm employed now, but I wouldn't ever hesitate to go back to Gavin, Tom or anybody else at Synergy Personnel to help me to find another job. Thank you guys for everything!

Great Agency to work for. Always found me work when company's went quiet. Chloe and Dan even found a Temp to Perm position for me which I needed as with all company's my work was not always full weekly. Couldn't get any shifts when I applied, but I don't think that was their fault - just the suppliers at the time (30th December onwards). I did feel like the application process significantly dehumanised us as workers, we sort of got shoved in one room and left alone with a paper application. I noticed that they were sometimes impolite to certain candidates too.

I am a persistant caller, i call for thr smallest of things to the largest and i would recieve the kindest, professional of response from 2 of the team members mainly beeing amanda and cat, amanda beeing my main contact, would look after me in everyway possible, she even takes her personal time of day to respond to me, the work is consistent as long as your committed and turn up on time to do the work, where things dont work out, i would be offered positions in other job roles to remain working, i have found my perfect job but it is unfortunate due to the current circunstances the work load has been set back on the employers side, i have been offered othe placements but its diffucult for me to travel, amanda helps where and when it is possible and thanks to her i have been very happy with my life and synergy as a team have done well in the recruitment industry and will commit to you as much as you commit to them, they are nothing like other agencies, they are millions of miles ahead.
