Working for Amore has been brilliant, the team at the Amore office are polite, friendly and very helpful. They speak to staff with respect and are extremely accommodating. I feel very lucky to be employed by them. The rate of pay is good, and the hours available are very flexible. In specific, I’ve found working with Declan as my shift provider to be nothing but excellent. He’s really helpful, and i couldn’t fault his communication with me as an employee at all. Really glad to be working for Amore Liverpool and can’t recommend them enough!

With the amazing experience I have had so far with my agency, I would like to take the time to recommend them for anyone looking for work. I never thought I’d feel comfortable with the idea of being an agency worker and would be worried constantly about income, but iv never felt calmer. Staff are very friendly and make me feel comfortable to ask any questions at any time of the day and to say where I want my shifts and the hours. Being a fair novice in an agency work, I feel so lucky to have connected with Amore! Tracey, with her great personality, has made the recruitment process very smooth, quick, and enjoyable. Declan, placement officer, is almost like a big brother looking after me; offering shifts he suspects would be fulfilling for myself. Friendliness, yet great professionalism of staff. One feels appreciated as they would not be simply ‘thrown’ to do a job not suitable for them, what is possible to encounter in different agencies I have liaised with. Furthermore, Amore offers face-to-face training, instead of pre-recorded online lessons which is a massive plus, as well (although some modules could still be improved). My overall impression thus is, Amore and its employees care about their contractors as well as their clients!

Only started working with Amore a couple of months ago and it has been amazing from the beginning. They arranged mg training so quickly and made sure I was MAPA and meds trained, which has been a huge benefit. Starting a new job as a youth/support worker can be an exciting but also daunting experience expecially if you're taking an entirely new career path or you've had a negative experience with an unprofessional agency in the past. Since becoming a youth support worker with Amore I have been provided with the appropriate training and support I need to prepare. After leaving a company I was no longer happy in i began my journey with Amore social care Liverpool and at the worst time possible with Covid hitting. This did not stop Amore from delivering a great service and ensuring I always had work. My consultant was fantastic and even though I was not always easy to deal with due to the requirements and restrictions I came with such as the distance I would travel or the types of placements I would attend, Ella always accommodated this without issue. I even got contractor of the month which was an added bonus and made me feel valued which meant more to me considering I hadn’t felt that way for a while before I had joined Amore. They work hard to keep us and the clients happy and if for what ever reason you may not be they are very supportive and went out of their way to resolve this as quickly as possible.
