Probably the best experience with an agency, been in contact with Hayley from the Liverpool office. Hayley has been brilliant from start and through the registration process made everything easy. Great communication and caring person. I highly recommend.

I've been very happy with my experience of Milk Education. They've worked hard to find me plenty of work that fits with my location and childcare needs. Nicki is approachable, enthusiastic and professional. Communication is clear and easy. On the odd occasion that I've had problems with timesheet completion, Nicki's worked hard to resolve the issues, ensuring that I'm paid on time.

Ever since i joined Milk Education, they have been absolutely amazing. Especially my consultant Nicola as she always provides the best service when it comes to finding me bookings that suit me based on prior experience and location, and she's super friendly, professional and has a great personality. It has to be one of the most relaxed and friendliest interviews/registration processes I have ever been to! Hayley was absolutely lovely and talked me through everything about what they had to offer me. Milk Education are easily available to talk to and I have not experienced any issues at all when dealing with them. They are all friendly and willing to help in whatever way possible. Milk Education have literally been the most amazing agency that I have had privilege of working for. I was somewhat nervous about joining the agency as I'm a very newly qualified teaching assistant, so was very weary about not getting much work due to my experience. Also, I am based in St Helens and rely heavily on public transport to get to and from work, so I was particulaly worried about not being able to get there. However, I could not have been more wrong! Hayley has managed to get me a long term role in a school that is easy access for me to get to and from, and even secured the contract for me a week before I was due to start. This was perfect for me as I also work for another company so this abled me to be able to manage my work load. Hayley keeps in regular contact with myself, with local school oppurtunities and to see how her staff are getting on. This is something I find so appealing about Milk Education and always feel appreciated. The registration process was so simple. I met with Hayley for an interview and she was very clear, friendly, approachable and professional. I can't recommend Milk Education any higher than words can describe, but I honestly wish I could. All staff members are so friendly and are always willing to help if you have any questions, which is something I really appreciate, within a company, in a job I'm only newly qualified in.
