She was very friendly, explained what the job was about and that my background fits in very well with the company. I agreed to do an interview with the company and they were of the same opinion as Rachel, within an hour of having the interview, I received word from Rachel that I got the job and I will start the following Monday. It was Rachel who made all of this experience very nice as she would always communicate with me via email or call me to let me know what is happening, you don’t see that very often.

Katie Willis got in touch with me shortly after submitting my CV for a friendly and informal chat regarding the type of work that I was looking for. I have worked with Reed for coming up 5yrs doing Social Work posts, and have never been without a job. The experience over the years has been one of excellence especially regarding the service they provide to most probably thousands of people, but for me it has always been on a an individual level. I was initially allocated Leanne Frances as my Consultant and she was fantastic!! Could not fault the support over the years she gave to me and still does. I was then allocated Michelle Garnett and the transition over to her was done very professionally whereby a visit was arranged to meet her personally. My Consultant Michelle Garnett has been amazing, nothing is too much for her and she is always there at a drop of hat whenever you need her. I have been in situations whereby I have been told my contract is ending in a very short space of time (at the end of that week), which does as an agency worker send you into panic mode. However it has only taken one phone call to Michelle and you feel a sense of relief as she sets your mind at rest, goes through all of the availability of suitable posts and works above and beyond to forward your CV onto those you are most suitable for and tries her best to get you a job of your choice and area. I have also been through some tough times when some bullying being targeted towards me and some personal issues also. Michelle did go out of her way to support me through this, dried my tears and offered a significant amount of reassurance, and by the end of the phone call or visit I would be feeling a huge amount relief and has always put a smile on my face. in summing up my review of this company as a whole I cant fault them at all and have and always will recommend them to others.
