I had such a wonderful experience working with Lani. From our initial chat all the way through to starting my new job Lani was on hand. She totally listened to exactly what I wanted and worked tirelessly to find me my dream role. Her communication and follow up was brilliant. Been with them for a few weeks now and could honestly say I wasn’t expecting much after some of the reviews. Personally, Amy has been helpful and responsive for work and I have been paid on time. Could develop a better system to input hours worked because it is a little tedious to navigate. ( Need to save hours as a draft and submit for approval ONLY ONCE before end of Sunday every week, otherwise you’ll just lock yourself out for the other days you work after ). *** If you work any day between Monday - Sunday, save hours as a draft and only submit hours for approval on Sundays! you should be paid just fine. *** Pros: - Amy is responsive and have been receiving shifts. The teams I’ve worked with have been friendly and the workload is easy. Cons: - Bad pay system but you have to listen to instructions carefully given at the induction. - The pay rates are a low ranging from £8.00 to £10.50 an hour, most being around £8/hr.

Great experience with these guys, really pulled out all the stops and got me a dream position. A lot of recruitment agencies just try and throw you out to any old position, even if it barely resembles what you're actually looking for. The team member I was in contact with always got back to me quickly and understood the niche skill set I had and therefore applicable jobs I was hunting for, she's a real star!
