Great temp agency. Friendly, professional and hardworking staff, who are quick to reward your hard work and professionalism with consistent bookings. Upfront and transparent about the difficulties of temping during the pandemic, they have been checking in every so often, and I have no doubt that they will be back in touch as soon as the market picks up again. 5* - Would thoroughly recommend.

I was recommended Bis Recruitment by a friend who had been employed via Bis for the entirety of the pandemic and so had high hopes. I was contacted a day after signing by Chrys who found me a role than not only fit my skill set but would also be flexi with my uni studies (not a small order!). Bis helped me find temp work for a few months in a transition period of my life. Harriet and Charley were incredibly helpful and friendly from beginning to end! I was worried that working for a temp agency would be quite an impersonal experience, but it was the complete opposite. I have been temping with BIS Recruit for a couple of years now. Great service in Temp work both long term and short term! Most of my temp work and interviews for permenant jobs have been through the lovely Harriet and Charlotte. I recommend them to all my friends and family whenever they are looking for work. They also host excellent Temp parties where they provide snacks and drinks I have signed up with a few agencies and BIS is the only one that’s always kept in contact and listened to the type of jobs I am interested in. They work with lots of exciting companies in different industries so the work is always varied! I am forever grateful for all the opportunities they have given me!

Friendly, caring, helpful agency with excellent communication and service to candidates and the clients I have worked for through them. They actively seek to place job-seekers in interesting companies suiting the individuals personality and skill-set and I have always felt completely supported when in a temporary booking as they are open to discussing and solving any issues one may encounter. All in all this is an excellent agency with a very well managed and caring Temps team. Not really sure why there are negative comments here but please don't let them dissuade you from signing up with them...you will not regret it. One very satisfied customer!

I honestly don't understand where this poor reviews are coming from, being a temp unfortunately doesn't guarantee continued working but that has nothing to do with the agency you are registered with as there might be busier times than others. I went into Bis for a long term job interview which unfortunately didn't go well, so I gave my availability to temp, and since then I have been treated perfectly: I have received a handwritten and signed welcome card at home as soon as I subscribed, I have received long term job offers as well as temp shifts, pay is always on time and they're always available for clarifications. Being a temp can be stressful since you never know how much you'll earn each week, but to be honest I couldn't be in better hands.

I would honestly recommend this company to anyone looking for temp/perm work. Since working with Bis, i have continuously been in work. On every job i get sent to, Harriet will initially send a confirmation email with details about the company, dress code and details on hours and rate. The day before she will ring to make sure all is still good. EVERY job ive been on Harriet has always given me a call throughout the day to make sure everything is okay. I was only looking for temp work but have been offered the opportunity to become permanent a couple of times. I feel incredibly supported by the agency and Harriet herself, who is an absolute asset to the company. Other members of the company are all so welcoming and helpful. Without a shadow of doubt i will continue to use Bis. And thank you for all your wonderful help!

Such a perfect little agency! The guys are friendly on arrival and it’s a gorgeous area. Freddie and Charlotte are incredibly proactive but more importantly - friendly, personable and have been working their guts pushing me forward for numerous roles. Amazing service! Harriet and BIS are brilliant! I cannot believe some of the reviews that I have read below. I am aware that a lot of them are fake however so why not just try BIS for yourselves before you trust an internet troll... They do everything they can to help me in my pursuit of temporary work and as a result I've been in a job for the past 5 week; I have great confidence that they wouldn't let anybody down! Thanks for being so helpful over the past few months Harriet, I don't know what I would have done without your help!

I had a great pleasure to work both, for and at Bis Recruit as a temp (few months in total). They're very different than most recruitment agencies, not only because they really listen to who you are and what you're looking for. [Now... OF COURSE first things first and they will mainly try to find the perfect fit for their client because this is how they make profit as recruitment consultants... agencies mainly work this way when they don't charge candidates, although I can see how it might be a shocker for some ;) ] All I can say is that I never ever got a postcard from an agency, seen one consistently rewarding their best temps with flowers and doughnuts or got more valuable career advice just from looking at people doing their jobs... I love all the ladies at Bis, they're very knowledgeable but also super empathetic, dedicated and caring. I really appreciate all support they've given me and I wish them all the very best. Would strongly recommend to both, candidates and hiring companies. Thank you for everything :)

I have been temping with Bis Recurit for over a year now, my first temp role was 6 months and paid extremely well. I'm sure I wouldn't have gotten that role without the temp team speaking so highly of me. My second role was for a month, I thoroughly didn't enjoy it and the moment I aired my grievances about where I was, I was treated with complete respect and understanding and was taken off the assignment shortly after. There are weeks where there can be luls in work and they will call you in the morning for last minute bookings which can be sometimes a little frustrating. However, I have had agency's expect you to go to their offices at 8am every morning and wait around hoping(!) for a last minute booking so this is far better. If you don't want to do a last minute booking, you can just say no and if you sign up to other agencies whilst there is (a very rare) lul in work with Bis, they're completely understanding and will still run roles past you. Other agencies will go completely silent for even thinking about choosing to work somewhere else over them. The perm side has been quiet but I've also not actively asked about permanent roles, and I know if I were too, there would be no doubt that they would put me forward. I've just landed another four month role, which again is very well paid, and the company outright told me they tend to hire perm if they like someone. Overall this is my favourite agency that I've signed up with. I found the temp team will always put forward roles to me that they know I will enjoy, especially now that they know me, and anywhere I don't like I can just inform them and they'll do everything to make it more comfortable/take me off the assignment.
