I joined the agency when I arrived at a crossroads in my career after being out of work for a little while,and unsure of the next organisation I wanted to work with or be a part of. My confidence in myself and within my career was low and I was unsure of what I wanted to do. I had a very long discussions with Sharon and Charley about what I wanted to do and that was to do some kind of temp work until I decided on my choice of employment. All the staff team were very patient and very understanding with me. Even when I made choices that I knew would not go down with the agency.But were the best decision for me, regarding future projects. I successfully secured a temporary Acting Nursery Managers position with the agency very quickly. I found working with the staff at the agency made my confidence grow and grow and they was always polite and professional at all times. This is what I loved about the staff at the agency nothing was too much trouble. I have now secured a permanent position in a fantastic nursery with a very established company and I couldn’t be happier. I would like to send a big heartfelt thank you to all the staff at the agency for believing in me. Excellent team of professionals that knows what the job is all about, and looking after clients and staff with great heart. They keep to their promises they have never fails in paying staffs on a weekly basis, they send a reminder to you to send your timesheets in before lunch on Tuesdays so that the payroll department can tidy up everything then staffs get paid 1st thing on Friday morning. I have introduced friends and I got my gift card vouchers for each person i introduced after they have done the agreed hours. Kudos to all the team. GREAT TEAM.
