I joined Brook Street last year and my experience with them has been absolutely great! when I first joined, I met with Kelly Spillane whom is a Senior Consultant at the agency. She has supported me ever since and helped me get into roles suited to me with ease. Her efficiency is truly worthy of praise and her hard work is noticeable as she is dedicated in finding the perfect role for not only just me, but all her clients. Alongside Kelly, the remaining team at Stratford are also very hardworking and friendly - I have had the pleasure of meeting some of them. Brook Street (Stratford Branch) is certainly recommemeded by me and I would encourage anyone looking to start a new career to contact Brook Street as soon as possible.

Great agency to work for and the Stratford branch are fantastic. All the staff are honest, hardworking and very approachable. They take very good care of their clients and applicants. I have been a temp with this agency for the past 6 years and haven't really had any issues. They have incentive schemes like 'temp of the month' where they give you gift vouchers and a framed certificate. Also are very organised and ensure everything is done per national guidelines hence very professional. I mainly deal with Kelly and Chelsea who are wonderful, friendly and supportive. Will recommend to a friend and happy to continue being registered with Brook Street Stratford.

Brook Street are an amazing establishment A female by the name of Kelly is the best work agent that I have ever met! She helped me get a job within 2 weeks of my first meeting with her. Also, providing me with resources that would help gain a greater perspective into the area of work I wanted enter. Ask for Kelly! I’m biased but I’ve been assigned to her from the start. She’s determined to endure you’re happy where you work. She really does go above and beyond for those assigned to her. I’ve been with her for nearly four years and she has been great! She’s willing to find a job for you where you want, sometimes that isn’t always possible but she works hard to find you a role. That being said, brook street is great! They have a genuine team who do ensure that their staff are well looked after. Even if you have issues where you have been placed, you can always call them to express your concern. Of course no agency is perfect, but they’re an agency I would recommend a million times over. Don’t sleep on them. If you’re looking for an agency, look into brook street.

I’ve gone to a lot of agencies but I must admit Brook Street has got to be #1 for me, not only do they find you roles suitable to your skills and capabilities but the ladies there are also amazingggggg, so friendly and very easy to talk too. I didn’t register with them long but within a day of registering they already found me an amazing role, within 3 weeks I got offered a permanent role at the company! As soon as I walked in at my most desperate time of need, Kelly saw me and instantly recommended a job. I did enjoy my time at the place I was working.. But that didn't work out for me.
