I have been working with Certus for the past few weeks and my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. I have dealt with Chloe Long exclusively and she has been without a doubt best recruiter I have worked with in my career. When looking for a new role, communication is king and this is what made my experience with Chloe so positive. I applied for a senior role and I found the whole experience to be smooth, communicative and seamless. I received timely invites to my interview, a preparatory call, great and timely replies to all emails and calls and my entire expectation was exceeded. I had to cancel the first interview due to a personal matter and Chloe promptly made arrangements to accommodate me with a new date. Her enthusiasm to match candidates with the correct role truly stands out and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking a new role or career move. I’m so glad I was invited to the Certus Assessment Day by Megan, as it turned out to be an opportunity to gain experience and exposure to multiple companies who were actively recruiting. Rob and Jon were great at sourcing interviews, which led to me landing a role just over 2 weeks after my first contact with Certus! Can’t explain how amazing these guys are! The team are so friendly and work their arses off to ensure they find you the perfect role. I had applied for a role via Certus on a Monday and by Tuesday I was already in their offices for a meeting and subsequently being out forward for roles. The graduate manager I had, Anna, was incredibly supportive and made what can be a relatively daunting process very simple and easy! I was also in touch with two recruitment consultants, Megan and Jon, and they had both invested a lot of time into prepping myself for upcoming interviews they set up and by the Friday of the same week, I was already placed in a role. They all provided excellent support and service throughout the whole process and would highly recommend!
