Good morning, My name is Patricia. I started doing events thanks to Viktorija. I went to the agency on Thursday and on Saturday (in the same week) I worked in two different places. It was quick and easy. Viktorija was an angel because she did the best for me without knowing me, she was friendly in the interview and I relied on her. With this agency, I am feeling very good, confident, useful, respected... At the beginning in London, I always felt lost but with "The Change Group" no. Viktorija always tells me each details and if I have any problem, she is on the phone. I am grateful because I am living a great experience. Knowing new amazing places (since "Towers' Bridge" to "Dulwich College" for instance) meeting nice people and overcome limitations as some fears. Since I was a child, I have fear of heights, however, the first "high" experience was in "Towers' Bridge". I was fascinated, I could enjoy a lot and now I am working in the 29 floor of "Guys Hospital". I can do it, I am not afraid. I was working in "ST Thomas' Hospital" the third of June whereas the disaster was happening in "London Bridge" and "Borough Market". The staff was familiar. We were together and we came back home in a cab, we were protected. I recommend my friends to register with Viktorija because she is clever, polite, closer and always available to our needs. For me, she is the best one doing her job and I have been working in London since the first of June of last year, in different jobs (different manager, bosses, supervisors...). I have worked with The Change Group since 2014 and during that time we have recruited both permanent and temporary chefs from Demi Chef de Partie through to Sous Chef level. I have found the team at Change to be very friendly, always trying their best to find the right candidates whether it's for a permanent or temporary position. Change are very up to date with what is happening in the hospitality industry and have a great understanding of the current demand for chefs. They are flexible in helping us out and meeting our needs even when given short notice. Over the years, we have built a good relationship with Change and they play an important part in helping us staff The Thomas Cubitt and other Cubitt House sites.
