Dental match is the best agency I have ever worked for. They do value there employees. I get regular work with them. Most of the time I get bookings in advance which is very convenience. They will never force you to work somewhere you don’t want. I am really happy to work for them.

If you were unhappy regarding something, you can choose not to go a second time. If there are issues regarding payment, they contact the Practices themselves and are always very involved and prompt. I am still waiting to be let down by these guys - have been providing nurses and Hygienists for a while and have always been satisfied. I don't remember ever having an unsuitable person or a bad experience with anyone sent to us at short notice and it is quite easy to book. The charges are competitive so as happy to use them as any PM could be when in need of a temp cover. Highly recommend them.
