B. M.My friend who was already working at Empiric recommended that I apply for a job. Having no previous recruitment experience I was unsure at first, but I got a really good vibe during my interviews and the training I got when I started was good as well as the mentoring from some of the senior leaders was really valuable and I've already been promoted within my first year. One of the best things about Empiric is the reward. The commission is great and there are a lot of opportunities to go out and socialize with the team. It's a great place to work.
