I've been working for this agency since the start of July 2018 and throughout that time, they've managed to offer a steady amount of work almost every single week, with the exception of times where events just wouldn't occur. The staff has always been friendly and understanding, and as long as you show up to your shifts on time and work hard, you will get more work. From the application process to starting work, it all happened so fast with no filler in between. Do you want to find work fast? Do you want to meet new people on a frequent basis? Do you want to manage your own time and work whenever you're actually free to work? If any of those questions relates to you, I highly recommend you work for Evolve :) Once you meet Rory and Shaunagh you will feel right at home!

Edited: I have been working at Evolve part-time for close to 3 years now. Still the best job for me as a parent at the moment. I worked with Evolve Hospitality for 2 months with the banquetting team. I worked under the contract catering arm and I have to admit despite the physical hard work I really enjoyed it. I met some great people, worked in some amazing London landmarks and overall was impressed with Evolve's professionalism. You can choose how many hours you would like to work and most of the time you will be offered those hours. There is always give and take within the hospitality industry so if you know what you are signing up for you shouldn't have any problems.
