For the recruiter at explore group you are not just another candidate, a number in a system, or a chance to get a great big share. No, you are a person with interests, special skills, with a history and a character that they are matching against open opportunities.
A few years back I was looking for a new job for several weeks. I had hundreds of recruiter calling me on a daily basis. None of them actually listened to me, cared about me or had any interest in my needs. They would either not bother to contact me back or would find jobs for me that I would have never chosen myself, even if it was the last job on earth. Recruiter in that time would not match my needs, nor my skills and I was left frustrated and disappointed.
When I finally received the call from a guy called Kashif from the explore group I had already lost all trust and hope in recruitment companies. However, Kashif was the first recruiter for several weeks who would actually listen to my story, my needs and my ambitions. I didn't get the usual, "Ok, I'll call you when I found something". I got a call from Kashif every day until he secured a job for me. He was honest and straightforward with me, he was encouraging and trustworthy. Four valuable characteristics that I gave up to believed would exist in the recruitment world.
Kashif managed to help me to sign a position within 6 days, a position that not only matched but also exceeded my expectations. When I left this job a few years later I didn't even bother with other recruitment companies but went straight to the explore group. Within two weeks I got a position that, again, was a perfect match for me. And after I left that position after two years, I asked explore group to help me with the next role. Again within two weeks I had three great offers to pick from and it was yet another step up on my career ladder.
Apart from my great experience and unique relationship I have with the guys, I also have the security always to know where to go next when I need a new job. This is priceless in todays time. The guys from the explore group helped me through the difficulties of finding a new job. They were personally very engaged, available 24/7 and even after their job was done they stayed in contact with me and would always check if I was still happy in the new job.
I would always recommend explore group to others because I know that these guys do a fantastic job, they are working so hard for you and they never forget that you are not just a candidate but also a human being, with interests, special skills, certain needs and your very own character.

Not the case with the recruiter from Explore, they have a a different approach and worked with me on finding the kind of role I was looking for according to my experience. Super helpful and patience.
