Couldn’t recommend Fashion and Retail Personnel enough!! I had recently graduated from university, applying to 100+ jobs weekly and was constantly being ignored or being rejected by computer systems. In despair, I rung this agency and from the first phone call I was instantly impressed. I was in contact with Aoife, she was nothing but incredibly helpful, supportive and kind. From the first call she helped me with any CV changes, then she scheduled in a 1-2-1 phone call where she got a better understanding of what I wanted and who I was as a person. In the same phone called she suggested this position at Liberty London, as their new eCRM executive. She explained they wanted someone with 1 years experience but she suggested we should apply. She gave me advice on how to change my CV to highlight relevant experience to the position. A few days later, she rung to say I have been given an interview. A day before the interview, Aoife rung and went through interview questions, shared advice and past experiences which gave me confidence. The interview with Liberty went so well, I really believe that was because of my previous phone call with Aoife. Aoife communicated with me that she had annual leave and her lovely colleague Katie took over. Katie arranged another meeting with Libertys head of marketing. Later that day, Katie rung and expressed her congratulations on myself getting the job and an increase of pay. I was over the moon, I had my first day at Liberty yesterday and couldn’t have been happier with the company, position and lovely team I am now working with.
