Never met such warm and open-minded individuals before! The whole team made me feel welcomed. Working here has been a fantastic experience. Ben and Danielle have had the greatest impact on me during my time at Found by Few and to that I am truly grateful. I am leaving the team with a wealth of knowledge I will always treasure. This is the best recruitment company I have ever dealt with. Perci was super nice and they were constantly making sure that I was comfortable and happy moving on with offers. They didn't pressure me into anything and had my best interests at heart. In fact, when I ended up taking another offer Perci was so happy for me and said he does his job to make sure people are happy in their career. 100% would recommend Found By Few specifically Malachy. Really great guy, kept me up to date throughout the whole process, really focused on what I valued in a role and gave me great advice and honest feedback. Perci took the hassle out of applying for roles and really found the best culture fit. Ben was also helpful in preparing for an interview (what the company did if their website was ambiguous) and generally coming forward with suggested roles. The job search after my first two weeks was really fatiguing so when these guys got in touch it was a massive weight off my shoulders.
