Had a call from Amber one evening about a job opportunity and was given the job less than 48hrs later. She has been so helpful, supportive and understanding. After my first shift she called and messaged me to make sure everything went smoothly and that I enjoyed it (which I did). I highly recommend anyone struggle to find work in retail or finding the job they want to contact Four Seasons! I was put into contact with them through an old employee and within days I already had job interviews lined up and people checking in on how I’m doing! The company is very bespoke and works around what you want! I felt very welcomed and looked after, I was dealing with a lady called Megan and she was amazing.....she really tried to find the best things out there that suited my needs and what I wanted out of a job, and really took in what I told her and she understood me and that of course helped me find the job I was after! When I started I used to speak with Jessica on the phone, which helped me to get my first shifts. She was very sweet, but then Hannah took over her Harrods Temps role. I had an amazing experience with her, she completely understand my needs and despite having a very limited availability because I’m a full time student she always takes that into consideration when giving me a shift. Excellent agency. They always have lots of shifts and THEY call you all the time with them. They always try to call you back if they are busy. They pay very very well for an agency also. Adding to all this, they look after you very well. They always ask how you found the shift and if you would like to go back. For store approvals as well, they are excellent. Daniella will train you on all aspects of what is expected and make sure you are very comfortable before you go in there. They would never send you in there alone without training as other agencies do. In terms of shifts, Hannah is excellent. She always calls as soon as she has shifts and briefs you fully on everything. She always genuinely cares about how you are. Amber is also very good and has been very helpful. I have recommended two friends and they also have had excellent experience with the agency, so I can feel comfortable to leave such a good review. One was looking for work immediately, she had tried with other agencies for months and struggled. Four seasons however found her lots of work within 3 days. The other was looking for a permanent job which was fully flexible to certain hours. They amazingly found her one in 2 weeks.

I had a really rewarding experience with Four Seasons Recruitment as a temporary staff. I registered with them and was immediately booked for a luxury department store approval to start work (though it could be that I went in at a very good time). They were helpful and experienced in prepping/advising their new hirings on interview pointers and basic selling etiquette. Their system and structure is very easy to follow and quite organised such as booking confirmations, payments (every next week), payslips etc... However, sometimes you do have to chase them up for more details on confirmations (only because they handle a lot of clients and people) but they are really friendly and helpful about it. Melissa was mostly my handler and was particularly helpful in arranging several high profile client/ brand bookings. Honestly don't think I would have opportunities I have now without her help and my experience with FSR. It allowed me to gain insight and experience in luxury fashion retail without having too much prior experience. Would definitely recommend to people who are new to fashion (luxury) retail and interested in gaining more experience. I already recommended one of my friends to join FSR and she was lucky and got a permanent contract with a big-time luxury fashion brand.
