With the help of Franklin Fitch, I was able to get a great opportunity working for a company getting exposure to Cloud Technologies. Matthew Solway primarily guided me through the process and put me at ease with concerns. While Matthew was on a work course, Charlotte Drury temporarily stepped in to continue the great work already started. Matthew was a great asset from the initial phone call, as I already had another job offer but after asking all the right questions to understand my skill set, he talked me through the potential role. This was followed by regular phone calls which were arranged at my convenience (I was in full time work) and on the evening before the interview, Matthew gave me the edge by talking me through vital questions to put to the interviewers to extract vital information to make sure this was the right role for me. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Franklin Fitch again and I want to thank them for approaching me in the first place and coaching me through to a more appropriate job offer.
