The consultants are very different to any I have worked with before and work relentlessly in finding suitable positions and when they say they'll get in touch, there are no empty promises, unlike some other recruiters.

At their group interview, they told us they have an average of 10 working days between meeting you and getting you a job, which I was at first doubtful of: but 7 working days later I had an offer in a fantastic position (and with no prior sales experience)! To anyone anxious about their group interview to choose who they want to work with finding a job, I would advise just being open, friendly, and with at least a couple of reasons why sales/recruitment is the career you are looking for. They're not expecting you to be perfect, as they give you tonnes of support and help with interviewing, but just be passionate and willing to have a laugh! If they accept you it's very likely they'll find you a great job so it is definitely worth it.

I am especially extremely grateful for Tom Solomon, the recruiter who I worked with. Unlike other recruiters from other recruitment companies, he has a high level of care and compassion in his job, working tirelessly to find job opportunities to suit my specific job requirements - an element which I found lacking with the previous recruitment companies that I've been with (most of them cared about quantity rather than quality).
Most importantly though, he has a clear understanding that feedback is incredibly important for graduates. I would argue that feedback especially for graduates is vital because essentially these are their initial steps into entering the tough employment world. For every group interview, every group assessment, every 1-1 that I have done, Tom and I would have a face to face meeting afterwards, reflecting how I did and how I could improve based both on the company feedback and in-house recruiters who were present at the interview. This was SO vital for me, because it meant that I could readapt and grow after each interview.
The initial group assessment was very tough but this should be expected with a lot of agencies out there (others are even more cutthroat). Whilst a lot of the work is done by Graduate Fasttrack recruiters to source specific jobs, it is just as equally important that candidates like us put in 110% in interviews/group assessments and in return, they will put in the same amount of effort to ensure that you find the job right for yourself.

A. H.I wanted to wait until a week into my new role to put this up so I could give some insight into once the deal is done and you've moved into your role. I feel I owe Jon that level of an in-depth review. Having tried two previous recruitment agencies they fall completely short in every respect to my experience with Graduate Fasttrack and Jon.
Before all that though getting onto Graduate Fasttrack's books is competitive as they screen you before sending you out to interviews. I found this useful as it prepared me perfectly for a group style interview. They also run separate in house sessions that I found extremely insightful.
During the process as Jon described it, not that they send you to an interview and that's it if you don't get it, he was extremely supportive, knowledgeable and professional. This was in the form of phoning before and after every interview I had to prep and then debrief me. During this debriefing we were able to fine tune my approach based on what the employer said they liked and didn't like. Meaning that when Jon presented me with the role that I subsequently landed, I was so confident in my ability to interview and present myself that walking into the interview I was able to naturally present myself in an industry appropriate manner.
I'm half convinced that he had this role on his books the whole time and took me on a journey leading to a successful interview with this client as seemingly it's been a near perfect fit so far.
I would like to personally thank Jon for helping me land the position I have as he nailed it on every level as to my requirements eg Culture, Longevity and industry. One week in and I'm absolutely loving what I am now doing.

J. L.I ended up finding a job through another agency, but was on Graduate Fasttracks books long enough to write a comprehensive review.
Upon being selected I was assigned to Craig Mcdonald. Craig is a solid consultant; tenacious, determined & highly persuasive. The others also struck me as very direct people who knew what they were doing. Expect to receive 2-3 interviews a week from these guys. Most of them begin with an assessment round, which can be draining but if you put in the effort and grind you will easily land a role within a month of making it on the books.
My reservations have mainly to do with salaries not being accurately communicated by the agency at times. One of the phone interviews I did went fantastic but the salary was way lower than what I was told. I would recommend you double/triple check salary/compensation before an interview to avoid any surprises. Make sure your consultant is 100% sure of the salary and benefits.
Organization could also be a bit better. There was one time where I was offered an interview but the confirmation email containing the location, time, details etc. never came through and the interview was the following morning. I showed up regardless and luckily was able to do it, however I spoke to another candidate a few days later who was based far away from where the interview took place, and he said the same thing happened to him, resulting in him missing the interview.
The types of roles you will be put forth for are mostly telemarketing 100+ cold calls a day, 20ish base + 15ish commission gigs. If you have a problem with cold calling, then I would not recommend going onto their books.
A few of the firms on their books are decent companies to kick off your sales career and/or work in general. They seem to have a good balance between big corporations and small 50-100 employee firms which is something I very much enjoyed as I discovered that I had a far bigger preference for small firms over big corporate ones.
Overall I'd say my experience was good. With the right amount of grind and hard work they will place you in a role you'll end up enjoying. If you are a graduate looking to get into the world of B2B sales then I would recommend.

So, I would like to take the time to re-review the company as I feel that my last review was not justified as it was wrote in anger. The negative comments from my last review did not accurately represent Chris and I feel that it was unfair. Having had enough time to think things over i'd like to give a second review!.
So, I initially went down to London, met with Chris and my first point of contact (Who's name I can't remember) Young girl in her 20s with blonde hair who was very smiley, nice, helpful and friendly. She guided me through the process and in to the office to have a one to one with Chris.
Chris gave me a very hard interview that really 'tested my mettle' as to speak. Making me question my every answer in a way that made me evaluate why I was giving the answers I did. He was very quick to point out some of the positives and went in to some great detail about the negative aspects of my interview as a way to help me improve when it came to the real thing. Chris gave me some very useful advice that I took note of and still value at this point today.
After having spent time with Chris and his assistant they were happy enough to send me to my first interview with a media sales company, which entailed selling stories to news outlets. To me this job seemed very exciting and I was really keen to impress.
Chris emailed me all the relevant info and some hints and tips to get me started for the interview. The next day, I arrived in the lobby with all the other candidates. I engaged in conversation with them and around about ten minutes later we were led up to the meeting room by a very nice and smiley Scottish chap who worked for Graduate Fast Track (I'm really sorry but I can't remember your name either).
The interview was exactly as it was foretold by Chris, i.e. that it would be a group interview where we would play a few games and role play to coax out peoples personalities. It would be fair to say that at this point, I was feeling relatively nervous as this was a situation that I was unfamiliar with.
One game we played was pretending to be a famous person and arguing why we shouldn't be kicked out of a sinking balloon. I can't remember which person I chose but I do remember the guy sat next to me, another candidate who completely undercut me during my time to speak. As soon as I gave my person, he let out a huge sign, almost interrupting me and said out loud, 'damn you stole my idea!'. Then when it came to his turn basically used all the information I had used to describe my famous person and improve on it. Essentially one upping me. This did make me feel a bit like a dogs dinner as I had been essentially made to look slightly inferior in front of the reviewers.
After everyone was done, the evaluators left the room, then five minutes later the Scottish chap asked me and another candidate to come out of the room. He then very softly told us that we hadn't been successful. He did look very genuinely sorry for us and was very nice in his approach. He consoled us, told us to be in touch with our personal contacts within the agency and wished us luck for next time.
Well, cutting a long story short I felt very shocked, still a bit unnerved and down trodden for not getting through. Of course this was bound to happen but its hard when its your first real taste of rejection.
I called Chris as per advised but he never got back to me and this coupled with the rejection made me feel quite negatively towards the company. It was until recently Chris called me up personally and apologised to me for not doing his duty as my personal consultant. He gave me some fantastic advice and has offered his on going support.
So, I would like to whole heartily apologise to Chris for the negative comments I made as they were not at all justified nor do they reflect true on Chris as a professional. Chris is in fact a fantastic consultant and I appreciate that it must be hard to track every single client and sometimes, like in my case, some slip under the net.
