V.Grays & Associates are the only agency that I have ever dealt with that worked proactively with finding me work, my first assignment I was assigned was within one week and had provided me with consistent work. Leanne always gave encouragement & support. Highly recommended 👍🏽

I have been with Gray and Associates for just over 3 years and have never been without work. The team are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They are efficient and have a great skill of matching candidates with the right roles. Their communication is great, they are transparent with information about the roles and expectations for the candidate, so you are always kept in the loop. They respond to my emails and calls straight away; I feel listened to and am able talk through any concerns and career goals. Special thanks to my Account Manager, Leanne who has been amazing over the last 3 years, keeping me informed about suitable roles, regularly checking in to see how things are going, and resolving any issues that may arise. Gray's have also built a community among the temps by providing monthly newsletters and hosting events where you get to network with other temps.
Overall the best recruitment agency I have been with.
b. n.Honestly speaking. From my experience whether you get the job or not the professionalism and support they provide cannot be replaced. Before I even started working with them they guided me on how to deal with mistreatment from my previous agency. For that I am forever grateful because it showed me that to them we are more than just candidates; we are human and they treat you like one- which is vary rare from agencies. Like if you see below there’s a review from someone who felt they were being asked for their cv too much. What agency goes out of their way to reply? What agency actually does that? Some might but idk this experience is something I won’t ever forget because they have actually made me feel like good people actually exist. To think I only met them october 2020. God bless them because they deserve nothing but the best. I might seem dramatic but the good reviews outweigh the negative ones because they are so minor compared to corrupt agencies. The one thing about this agency is that they will listen to you with open arms and take on constructive criticism so never feel afraid to voice out.
I gave 4 stars because perfection doesn’t exist but just know that this company always strives towards it x

The number of quality clients they have, and the enormous number of candidates they place to those places are testament to this. It is not an exaggeration to say Leanne is the best recruitment consultant I have ever met. She'll have you well-briefed, and feeling fully confident before being put forward. Once working, the timesheet, holiday pay process is all easy-peasy. Thank you!
A. W.Fantastic agency. I was always made aware when temporary posts were available which was what I was seeking whilst I was a student. I had also signed up to 10+ agencies in London, 8 of which I never heard back from, 2 others I was given only 1 or 2 shifts. In my opinion no other agency in London compares to G&A. Staff go above and beyond to help out with timesheet and/or login issues. Rates are also very competitive. I would highly recommend Gray & Associates to anyone.
