If I could rate 10 stars I would! When I first applied for permanent roles through Huntress (Aldwych branch), I was contacted almost immediately by Jessie Pearson. She understood that I was trying to find a new role without leaving my current and she helped work around my schedule to meet/have an initial interview. She was very nice, friendly and understanding - which is what I didn't get from other agencies. After speaking with Jessie, I was also contacted by Chelsey Owens-Power who told me about a role that suited what I was looking for and seemed to be a good match. From start to finish, Jessie and Chelsey were so supportive, understanding and patient with trying to arrange suitable interview times for me and their client. After a lot of calls, emails and 2 meetings with their client, it has all been worth it. From tomorrow I will be celebrating my first successful week in my new role and couldn't be happier! I've had an extremely positive experience with Huntress Holborn, London. A particular shout out to Reece Gunning. I've had many many recruiters call me with lots of promises. But because I have no UK based experience, after a month or 2 not many actually bothered. But Reece never gave up on me. He truly pushed and even coached me on possible questions and how to deliver on an interview. He kept me updated on any progress and kept in regular contact. The best agency I came across during my job search. Abi Shepherd was amazing, the only recruiter that actually took the time to understand my transferable skills and actively look for me. Omg...this recruitment process has been so swift! I applied and Reece contacted me almost immediately, he got me an interview for an awesome job that I had honestly also applied through another agency who did not respond to me...Reece made sure the next interview with the company was instantaneous also, and I got my offer immediately!!! Alright company, went for a Bus Passenger Surveryor job last year. It was difficult but pay was good. Unfortunately other colleagues were rude to me when I was doing that job, hardly worked with other young people, thought I was the only one.
