The team at Impact did an incredible job of finding me a new role. They were incredibly quick to respond to my application, got me in for a face-to-face meeting within a week's time, suggested at least one suitable role a week and got me a great job within a month. They were always communicative and supportive and I'm sure that how they presented me as a candidate had a beneficial effect on my employer. Ongoing support was maintained throughout my employment too. My experience with other recruiters had always been frustrating, with people not getting back to me or understanding where I was coming from when I did get a meeting. Impact were totally different to this though. They understood what I was looking for, communicated readily and, as a result, got me a job incredibly quickly. They were recommended to me by a friend who also works in entertainment/media and for anyone else looking for a job in that sector I'd highly recommend them too!

I have worked with Impact on and off for many years. They have been great when I have needed temporary work and have been amazing when I have been looking for permanent roles. Impact are my first port of call if I am looking for a new opportunity and I often direct friends and colleagues their way if they are looking for new opportunities. Impact are unique in that they listen to you and they never lose their personal touch. They have an amazing portfolio of clients so you never feel like you are being sent for the same kind of role unlike some of the other recruiters in the market today. I'm not sure how they do this but this speaks volumes about their diligence and how they have maintained such great relationships with both candidates and clients. I can highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future - thank you for everything!

My experience with Impact has been brilliant, I was recommended to use them and they did not disappoint. Within the first week of signing up, they found me a temporary post in one of the largest marketing firms in London. They worked closely with me on achieving certain pay and job type and they work around my schedule as long as I give respective notice. I've been registered with Impact as a temp for about 3years now and I cannot recommend them enough! They have great communication and a very personal approach. Other agencies I've worked for often don't know who I am when I phone up and/or treat me as just another number on their books. Not with Impact! If you're looking for work in more creative industries, they are also great for that.

Impact is one of the most wonderful companies I have ever had the good fortune to work for. There ethos and attitude from the moment you step through the doors is welcoming, friendly and efficient! They work with some of the best creative agencies in the city, but they also work their socks off for you as the client. I was on their temp list, and the work I was able to get through Impact was top quality, varied and theoughly explained and clear. The temp department at Impact were in contact regularly, I got a real sense of care present in there relationship they built with me and their links with the businesses I worked for, resulting in great feedback at all stages of the temp process. I would highly recommend Impact if you are after a pleasant, professional and high quality temp experience - I feel I have been spoiled in having them as a recruiter.

A very straightforward and easy experience with Impact. After having registered last year and then being recently made redundant, an easy phone call to Impact and I was offered a temporary contract almost straight away.
