I was in the unfortunate position of looking for a new role after I was made redundant end of 2020. I applied for only a handful of positions and Rubina from Lorien was the first to respond (the next day in fact!). First impressions were that she was warm, friendly, professional and genuinely interested in helping. Rubina was in contact with me regularly and keeping me updated with the recruitment process. Those 1st impressions have lasted! From submitting a video snippet on a Weds, having an interview on Friday, followed by a 2nd interview on the Monday I was in a position to accept the job offer by Weds. All this within 1 week. I would have no doubt about recommending Lorien (Rubina in particular) to help with your recruitment needs. In my past experience of Recruitment Consultants, Rubina and Lorien stand head and shoulders above the rest. Thank you to all @Lorien.

I have been an IT Consultant for more years than I care to remember, and in that time I have worked through a large number of recruitment agencies, the most recent (current) being Lorien Resourcing. Recruiter (Ellis) was great - Very responsive, kept me advised of progress and was very clear/thorough when it came to the on boarding process for the role. Lorien's Portal is great for entering worksheet details and Invoices, again with very clear instructions on what to do and when; And now the most important bit - All payments have arrived correctly and on the date specified, without any issues. Still to find out how the retention process works, but as I am approaching the end of my current assignment, I'm sure I will be finding out soon. All in all a good experience !!
