Working with Madigan for few years now, they always have work for you depending on what is your trade or even if your job is coming to an end they will have a new one secure for you, i had few difficulties regarding payments when it came to Payroll contractors they are a little bit unprofessional, however they have always solved any issues that came, i feel like they could value more the people that have experience the income is a little bit low from what the market offers however as i said they have plenty of jobs, few years back i came across some people from office that they were a little bit uninterested in their employees but now looks like they have new people and i want to mention one person which is more than professional, educated and many other good things his name is Ray this person deserves to be #1 in the company by the way he is managing and solving issues he is always there to help anyone i hope he will be with Madigan for many years. For now it's only 4 stars because i feel they can offer better value to experienced employees, with esteem and respect.

Another 5 stars for all my experience with this company - I will be honest, 5 years ago when I’ve started to work with them, on my first week I haven’t been paid on time and I had a bad impression, so I can understand the feeling of people who wrote a bad review, but 5 months after this experience I had the chance to start work in the office and I have realised that is so simple to blame someone without thinking one second what is behind the situation or what could cause it, I have learned one of the most important lessons: focus on the right solution, not on the problem. So far I have enjoyed working with MadiganGill (security). Working with Neil Boyle (Security manger), you are taking care of as a staff as your views are well considered and he keeps to his words. I have only missed my payment ones but was dealt with as soon as i sent my report across which i had my payment sent straight to my account on the same day. I have always been deployed on a safe site and whenever I called to reach the controllers, they answered which means I never left at risk on site by myself. I would recommend MadiganGill security for any security guard with the correct or right ticket needed to be on site as all documents are carefully check and are ensured they are intact. Once every details correspond correctly, you get to work on nice sites or environments.

Worked at MG for almost 2 years, never had any issues. Of course there will be problems along the way just like everywhere else but nothing as major as the one star reviews state. Some people don't understand the process that starts with a name on the timesheet and ends when the operative is getting paid. MadiganGill is a great company. Everyone should remember, nobody is perfect.
