May & Stephens have been so far a fantastic agency. I am now in search of a new job after redundancy. Jen Todd has really looked after me through out the whole process. Still looking for the perfect position, but as a agency best one I've been with. Thank you for constantly looking out for new opportunities, listening to my needs, and helping to secure that job!

Having been made redundant it was time for me to look for a new role, I had never used an agency before so didn't know what to expect. I can honestly say this agency is brilliant, I was greeted by both Rosie and Georgia who explained temp and perm opportunities and i found them extremely helpful and warm. I am looking forward to Rosie finding my next perm role and have already had my CV sent to clients. In the meantime Georgia has put me into a temp booking which is amazing. All in all Brilliant service.

I’d like to thank Rosie and Georgia again for their amazing help. What was supposed to be only a temporary role for a month turned into a permanent role in only 3 weeks! Thanks to May&Stephens, the recruitment agency, I have now full time and permanent position in luxury brand. All process took around a week, I had a good communication with my recruiter for full time positions -Oscar . I have been also proposed a temporary positions by Caroline in case if I wish to work till I find my full time job. Both recruiters were very considerable and helpful with preparing me for the interviews by informing about employer expectation, company history and giving feedback afterwords. The job itself opens a lot of opportunities for me, I will be able to use my creative and commercial skills, within friendly company with longtime employees , which is a good sign. I have started working with May & Stephens in November. My initial interview was with Oskar. The interview provided me with an extensive knowledge about the retail industry in London. Oskar was really friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Within few days I had my first temp offering! For some reason I couldn't receive my confirmation of the job. I got in touch with Caroline, who couldn't be any sweeter and more helpful. Caroline went out of her way to help with the issue. Caroline and Oscar are very invested in their job and provide excellent service for their candidates. They are accommodating of your needs and understanding of your circumstances. Caroline and Oscar are available to you through phone, text and email, which makes you feel valued and appreciated. Also they get in touch with you every now and again to see how you are doing, what a great way to be!
