L. C.When I changed to solely work for a nursing agency in May it came with many plus sides but mainly the pay and flexibility to support my family.
The negative side of agency nursing is that you forego the support and kindness colleagues can provide in substantive employment.
But I must work for an exceptional company (Merco). I just received some beautiful flowers and a card saying that their deepest sympathies go out to me and my family.
It's only a bunch of flowers and it doesn't make the loss of Dad easier but I know he would have thought this was a lovely gesture from them and a good company.
