They care about you, know the client needs and prepare you consequently for the interviews. They are very supportive, proactive and respect you as an individual and a professional. Morgan Law are my go-to agency for interim and permanent. I work in communications and PR in the NFP sector and they are markedly different and better than the other agencies. They prioritise good, trusting long-term relationships with both recruiters and candidates and I always feel that I get looked after very well - whether I am trying to find candidates or trying to find my next interim role. I've worked with Morgan Law a couple of times now, the first time they were very helpful, kept me in the loop as to any developments around potential roles and were very useful giving advice regarding what potential employers were looking for. The most recent time was even better, I had contacted them a couple of weeks before I was due to finish my role and along with the usual good communication they were able to find me a new role within 48 hours. This is not a standard turnaround time but does happen occasionally and it requires a lot of work on the part of the recruitment agency staff. Once again the staff at Morgan Law and in particular Matthew Buckler excelled themselves. Will definitely be looking to work with the company again

I signed up with the Portishead branch of Morgan Law in March of this year on the recommendation of a friend. I found my first meeting with Nicola Shaw surprisingly enjoyable and motivational. Ben Millier followed up shortly afterwards to discuss a couple of potential roles and we also met for another very enjoyable, relaxed, informal but professional meeting. I would echo other reviewers when they say that Morgan Law treat their candidates with great respect and really take the time and effort to get to know their skills and how they can help potential clients. Ben had the creativity to spot that a client he was working with would benefit from the flexible working arrangements I was seeking and encouraged them to see this as a way around their affordability issues. Ben kept me up to date regularly on progress with this role (and one or two others.) Even when there was no news, he took the trouble to call me and let me know the clients were still thinking about it. When I had an interview he made sure I was fully prepared and rang me in the morning to make sure I had no transport issues. I started a temporary assignment in Mid April which I have just finished and am very much looking forward to working with Ben and/or Nicola on the next one.
