Working with Off to Work has always been a pleasure! The flexibility they offer is perfect for someone with a busy schedule. You book your own shifts and run your own working life - something that's lacking in most, if not all, other companies. I'm happy to be part of this team!

Delighted to be part of this team. Most of the venues that we represent are great to work alongside, and those that aren't you can just push aside. If there are any issues the office team will help straight away. I see a lot other reviews mentioning that it's low pay which is difficult to argue with but you have to understand that's hospitality in general, it's quite an underpaid industry overall, especially with agencies. Therefore it's not entirely Off to Work's fault. The best thing about off to work is the flexibility and opportunities to work at so many wonderful venues. I would recommend anyone who is willing to work hard and develop themselves going forward.

OTW is a great place for flexible work! a big range of shifts is available and easy to book via their app. You work as much as you want to and you might get tips in some places :) great for people looking for some extra cash

Great shift opportunities and the training provided is the best among London's hospitality agencies! Most of the team in the office is fun and dedicated to the work. The work/life balance could be improved however as the days are long and the workload can be high during busy season (especially between October and December).

Great opportunity to work at some of the biggest events but recently they haven't been handling their bookings very well. Lots of frequent last-minute cancelling I know it's not just me that get fed up. Also it's impossible to book on their website because even though there seem to be a million shift online, 95% of them are booked up
