I got nothing to complain about. The training was payed and I started work straight away I always got payed on time and had ongoing shifts.I been working with other agencies and this is the best one so far the others didn't bother to pay us the training. Really great to deal with freindly and professional attended training via zoom was very professional throughout and even got paid for it, was met by a plesent guy for my induction at my local station who explained everything in detail about what is required in my role Then I was sent my shifts straight away a lot of agencies get a bad press but this is one I definitely would recommend and something to go for if you would like a job in the railway industry
