Since the first time we contacted Positive Employment, they have been professional, courteous, and efficient. The level of customer service is first rate. Their staff have always been available to discuss our needs and respond to our enquiries. We feel that we have developed an excellent working relationship with the team. As a day service that provides social education for autistic adults who have learning disabilities, it is particularly important that our staff are patient, professional, and compassionate. Six of the workers that they have referred to us have now been employed full time by St Mark’s and we feel that is a perfect testimony to the service they have provided us.

After meeting Hyacinth and Positive Employment I reflected that, had I the kind of mentors I am now meeting, definitely my career would have gone beyond the glass ceiling, if only I had known of this excellent consultancy. POSITIVE EMPLOYMENT, based in the annexe of Tottenham town hall, reflects the iconic heritage of this great place and so do their charismatic manager Hyacinth, and professional staff. No boundaries in Employment for their clients.You feel with Hyacinth the world of employment is open! The staff are very caring and all very professional reflecting the ethos of their knowledgeable manager who impressed me with her immaculate appearance and professional approach. I was impressed and expected the best and I got exactly that. I was confident I was getting mentoring based on years of experience and on good foundations like the iconic heritage buildings where Positive Employment are based - at Tottenham Town Hall. I was welcomed by the Manager Hyacinth Bonaparte, who is charismatic, a leader, knowledgeable and professional. Equally professional and experienced in resourcing and employment are all the staff.The guidance, support and opportunities were realistically opened to me again after a dry period out of the job market, followed by the pandemic. Hyacinth Bonaparte and staff revived my intellectual, physical energy and enthusiasm for joining the workforce again and using my skills. They made me feel as if I was valued and could still contribute locally and across London in my particular area of expertise. Positive Employment team looked at my CV and suggested updating, winning presentation and took that on board with me to the final outcome. They reviewed other aspects of re- entry to the workforce. From the time I left Positive Employment Office there were positive introduction to future and immediate employment on my phone and emails. All followed up with a phone call. Hyacinth and staff phoned me reviewing areas of my past careers - all during this pandemic, where face to face interviews limited contact, and Positive Employment has since kept reviewing and updating my situation, with genuine interest and a realistic overview of my capabilities.. As a result after several interviews, a day of interview skills and mentoring, I am now ready to take up a new employment in January, because of Positive Employment's introduction, suggestions, phoning around employers, and office staff support. I thank Positive Employment as they have re - energised my self esteem, enthusiasm and confidence. I can highly recommend Positive Employment staff and Hyacinth, as a rare jewel to those of us who now know of this agency and their dynamic staff. Thank you Hyacinth Bonaparte and all Positive Employment staff. I will keep in touch. Of course you are always my mentors and I would like that to be ongoing as an older member of the workforce.

I can honestly say that I had lost faith in most agency if not all, constantly sounding great over the the phone, enthusiastic trips to register, all positive, then nothing, no jobs, no phone calls zero communication ..non stop time wasting and feeling rejected I was told about Positive Employment by an old school friend and registered with the agency feeling quite positive as there were so many job descriptions floating around.. I must say the staff are all encouraging and genuinely seem to want to get you out of unemployment. I found work elsewhere online, but it was short term. I contacted Positive employment again, a change of staff a bit disappointing but was introduced to Corrine. Corrine was different a breath of fresh air , energetic smiling and 100% authentic. I came in to re-register with him and was blown away honestly, he was so empathic, explaining he knew how it felt to be out of work and promised me he would personally ensure he found a job for me saying my CV was fine, just giving me confidence. The whole team were so lovely cups of tea and the loveliest cake and kind words from Hyacinth, so encouraging. Brilliant!! Just pushing and pulling me along, by now I had nearly given up. Weeks later He called me with an interview, I was shocked but happy, even happier when days later he said I had been offered the job. I can not tell you how it felt to not feel emotionally rejected. The whole unemployed experience is really unpleasant but a battle we will eventually win with staff like Corrine and team they really deserve the name of "Positive Employment" . Thank You

I have been registered with Positive Employment for the past 2 months, when i first when to Positive Employment, I was warmly greeted and made to feel welcome. After being with Positive Employmentfor 2 months I have had 7 interviews, of which I have been offered 3 of the positions. I was out of work for nearly 20 years, due to raising my family.
