This is the first agency I have worked for and I am thoroughly impressed and would definitely recommend. Applying for the vaccinator role was very straightforward and a lot of guidance was given to compete prior training. There is efficient and timely communication from the staff who are really helpful, especially Malacki, who is always keeping me up to date with any changes and is very understanding and accommodating to my working preferences. Not to mention the pay is weekly and always on time, which is very handy and added bonus to this amazing agency. If you’re considering joining, I highly recommend!!

Absolutely love working for this agency, I’m currently their external staff working as a vaccinator. The registration process was fast and efficient unlike other services, I was able to register and given shifts within the same week! Shifts are given 1 weeks prior and internal staff are always polite and prompt when booking. Payment is never late and communication excellent whenever you need information or have any concerns regarding work. 100% recommend anyone looking to join. I have to say, this is the first time I've worked for an agency that genuinely cares about each and every one of their staff. They are very thorough during the recruitment process making sure you complete all the training. As soon as I was done, within a day, I was asked my availability and the jobs just keep coming every week. What I really like is that they are very accessible. They always answer my calls or texts even over the weekend when I'm sure they're not actually working. They pay weekly and the timesheets are very straightforward. They communicate regularly and very well so I feel I know what is happening at each point in time. I love their transparency. You are given options to tell your availability and options to send your timesheets. I have always been paid on time and without fail. This company really goes out of its way to do good by its staff. They have always listened to my suggestions and that of others and I think that is amazing. Their staff are all very polite and Malacki especially is fantastic. He is polite, professional, patient and helpful and an absolute gem. With how good they are, I can't imagine working for anyone else. I am yet to bump into a Pragmatic agency staff who does not have a good word to say.
