He has helped me tremendously in my journey from the civil engineering sector to the education sector. He is an inspiration. He has always been very professional and went above and beyond to meet my needs. He is always accessible and takes a personal interest in your individual needs. Protocol create a family like environment often hosting event like night outs, boat trips on the Thames, dinners and catch ups to mingle with like minded people. I have worked with Protocol on and off for the past 5-6 years and they are always extremely accommodating to my requests (medical condition) they were always supportive and often called to catch up and see how I was. I had experiences with multiple consultants but mostly dealt with Shaun. He is great and extremely helpful and always works in a timely manor. Shaun is always honest and willing to talk through any issues that arise. I couldn't have chosen a better agency to help make my transition from Australia to England any easier. They sent me a sim card for my phone and a welcome pack when starting, flowers when I was in hospital and even a cheeky Easter present. Especially a big thanks to Shaun and also thanks to Courtney, Georgia and the rest of the team that I have spoken to and worked for.
