Great help and service received! Grace from Randstad approached me via email after uploading my CV on indeed within 2 days of upload. I have had a very positive experience with Randstad, I applied for a job that took a little longer than usual to get the placement, my consultant Jasmine Henry was fantastic in sorting everything out for me, nothing was too much trouble. My job is temp to perm and during this time I have received exceptional support from Jasmine, she rings to check that everything is OK and to see if I am enjoying my placement, to check that my timesheets are being filled in correctly and generally to see how I am getting on. Jack Wolf from Randstad contacted me after seeing my CV online, he was very helpful and offered me a few roles that he felt I might be interested in. I picked a social support worker position and was helped throughout the entire process. I went through some interview preparation with him, filling out of all the forms, getting the correct paperwork together for a DBS check and if I ever had any questions or problems I received full support. Where do I start, How refreshing an experience have I had working with Randstad Care London, Jack Wolf has been a pleasure to deal with. From point of sending an application through a well known job search website to being interviewed for the applied job, Jack has been there. Fabulous communication, excellent knowledge base, always staying in contact at each step of the process either on the phone or through email. His help and support has been freely given to me to prep for the interview, Jack has taken the time to run through some example questions and score my answers, giving me constructive yet positive feedback to give me the confidence to go into the interview. I really couldn't ask for anymore from an agent I have never met. I have had many an issue with recruitment agencies in the past, lack of communication, lack of interest, always seemed too busy to call back or reply to email, not having the relevant info to hand etc etc but I can honestly say this experience has been fantastic and I have no issues with recommending Randstad Care to anyone reading this review - I've gone from application to interview and ultimately being offered the job within 14 days and that's down to Jacks help and support along the way.
