I've worked with Mike at Represent for a number of years and have seen what a fantastic job his company and people have done for the Design sector, at many levels. He has a very different approach to running a recruitment business, starting with how he treats his own people, which of course means they pass that on in the service given to clients and talent in the sector. Following an application, I have been invited by Represent to discuss and review my portfolio. This was honestly such a great experience! Kate who was the recruiter reviewing my work, took the time to understand what I wanted to achieve and advise the best way to do so. It wasn't at all personal criticism but very constructive which I thought was a first (in my 8 years experience). It is never easy to hear negative feedback, but Represent didn't do that at all! They gave me the tool to understand what to amend for my goal. Now, let's do the amends and find a job!! :)

They are extremely attentive to client needs and don't waste time presenting unsuitable candidates.
