I cannot recommend Nick enough - he’s by far the best recruiter that I have worked with! He was attentive, patient and very professional throughout the whole process. Andrew Docwra and I connected in early April 2018. After properly listening to my requirements, he had placed me for two interviews within less than a week. Having been slightly nervous of London and how the recruitment process works, he kept me reassured throughout the whole process and gave me the best advice by far than any other recruiter I had spoken too. I would like to share my excellent experience that I had with Jonathan Cater at Rubix Recruitment. I was a recent graduate seeking to take my first steps up the career ladder, and after updating my LinkedIn Jonathan had found me within 24 hours. After our brief chat and sending my CV, I had received a phone call within 30 minutes! Jonathan is not just extremely informed and up to date with the current market, jobs and competing companies, but his approach and explanation of information is very understandable, ensuring you understand and encourages questions. He helped me prepare by sending over potential interview questions, ran through them with me over the phone and gave me tips, and even went to the extent of asking what professional attire I have. He explained the pros and cons of certain suits, and gave me advice on picking a better suit and tie, something I had not previously encountered with other recruitment companies. For anyone curious of how quick securing a job can be with Rubix recruitment. On the 19th October Jonathan first contacted me, by the 24th Jonathan had already setup 2 interviews, on the 26th I had my first offer followed by contracts on the 29th, and finally on the 5th November I started my career path with Chestertons! I am extremely happy and proud to work for Chestertons, I honestly did not expect such a fast process like this. Within 10 days of talking to Jonathan I had secured an offer and just after 2 weeks I started my new job. The overall process was extremely smooth, Jonathan was very kind and had a good way of explaining information and helped me out where others had not.
