I've been with social personnel for the past 5 years and all through this time, I've had the same consultant, Scott. I've been a qualified social worker for 12 years and I've worked with different agencies as I've always been a locum. However, Scott is the best consultant I've ever worked with!! Always available whether on holiday or in the office, he's always contactable. Social Personnel is more like a family, throwing us boat parties and giving awards which makes one feel recognised. I can go on forever but all I can say is that as long as they continue to operate, I can never work with any other agency. Social Personnel, I'd give you 1000 stars but I can only give you 5.
