A. I.I enjoyed working for Staff Hereos as I got to meet some interesting people from many countries through their clients. Their staff are very polite and understanding. They may no have as many shifts available as some other agencies, but it's a good platform nevertheless to make some extra money. However, if you wish to join one of their clients on permanent basis you have to wait 6 months and that includes not accepting shifts at that place as well during that period, otherwise either the client or yourself need to pay a transfer fee which is £495.

If you have the right skills and personality you can work as much as you want. The team behind the app are always helpful, polite and 100% behind you!! Try it and find out for yourself.
G. O.I love Staff Heroes because they take all their Heroes as family. Staff Heroes takes allegations against businesses seriously. So if you go for a shift and experience a hiccough, do not make a fuss with the business just tell Staff Heroes and everything will be dealt with!!
The rates are lovely. You work in different places all the time. You might get a chance to also work at a zoo. Opportunities are really endless with Staff Heroes.

I cannot say things have been perfect nonetheless I genuinely believe Staff Heroes go the extra mile to provide an excellent service for clients and make continuous adjustments to their process for ongoing improvement for staff.
I suggest any issues be discussed with the staffing team. Results may not be immediate. Be not dismayed. They will be forthcoming. I've heard many staff members slagging off the company yet continue to work there & never actually voice their concerns, therefore their issues remain unresolved. Some people just enjoy bi*ching at any opportunity. I am proud to be with Staff Heroes. Perfection comes with persistence. Professionalism prevails.

I wanted to make some extra cash without the drama of CV's and interviews and freebie 'trials'. I had spoken to quite a few 'Heroes' before 'Taking the plunge'. Without exception, every Hero I spoke to had nothing but positive feedback.
I booked my interview with SH's, after completing questionaires online, including , if you have never done this, leaving an online signature. It's all very straightforward.
Having completed all online communications, you will then be offered an opportunity to meet the team in Vauxhall at VOX STUDIOS.
Getting there early always makes sense.
Having sat and watched all the 'media types' on the Livewire sofa, Jacob appeared at 10am for my assessment. We followed him to a function room to take our applications out of the virtual into the 'real' world.
The next stage was about watching a video explaining the ethos of the company and a few short tests to ensure that you would be the 'right fit' for the positions that you are applying for again, very straightforward. After the few short tests, Jacob has a one to one with you. Let me say, Jacob and his lovely assistant, were friendly and accommodating, the kind of people who still have time to look you in the eye and make a human connection.
There are so many positions available, once you join, there is no reason to not be working if that is your wish.
The whole experience took about two hours, maybe less. A small price to pay, when you consider a restaurant might ask you to roll up your sleeves for a whole shift, for FREE and still not get the position.
If you haven't looked into this new revenue stream, your smile won't be quite as wide and genuine as mine!! What are you waiting for? Get onboard, the holiday season is approaching are you going to be a spender or a saver?

j. m.I've used the platform for 5 months now. It's improving. I must say that once you are properly in the system, i.e. done your verification and training and done a couple of shifts, you understand the process and it's very easy to pick up new work. Would love to see more variety in the hotel jobs, but otherwise I am pretty satisfied so far.
