I have been approached by many recruitment agencies in the past. However, Tate is by far one of the best! I have been on contact with a few members of the team and they were all very helpful. Tate found me a good temp position very quickly which I've been at for a while now. However, the reason I am putting 4 stars instead of 5 is because several times they've completely ignored my emails and even my phone calls. I ended up having to get my temp line manager to pass my query on once I saw that they responded to him and not me (I emailed almost a week ago). He was given a response and ensured the issue would be fixed and I was STILL not updated on anything. I was just trying to ensure I could get paid. Not very nice or professional.

I approached Tate on the advice of a friend who had worked for them previously. I had been working in hospitality since leaving university and really wanted to expand my corporate knowledge/skills. They were efficient, warm and helpful from the beginning - despite a few rocky patches where shifts I was booked in for were cancelled due to COVID related reasons. After relaying that I was looking to get settled in one location/role for at least a month, they found me a great opportunity in central London where I am still today. They are easy to reach, incredibly attentive and genuinely happy for you if you end up finding a permanent role elsewhere.
