This is the first agency I came through that actually helps potential candidates find suitable jobs, both on temporary and permanent basis. It offers fix days of work (Mon - Fri) with overtime opportunities on Saturdays. I have very good feelings working for the branch at Hanger Lane, as the beginning of the truck driver's career. They also offered good hourly rates. From the first day of work, there was plenty of working for them in around 5 different companies for six months (I note that I have always been close to work, locally practically). During those six months I was out of work for two days, but I had a driving assesment test in other companies arrange by them. It was always possible to work on Saturdays. After the 12 weekperiod worked for a one employer I have permanent work for the company. It happened once, the money at the end of the week did not corect, but after a phone contact with Zolt everything was returned in the middle of the next week due to a misunderstanding between the employer and the agency. I highly recommend it to anyone who starts the driver's career. Special thanks to Zolta with whom I had contact at this agency. Always helpful and on the phone almost 24/7.

I have been working with TBC as a Driver for past 7 months, and during that time i didn't had a problem with them, whatever needs to be sorted, is sorted in time. Dealing with management is also good experience, if you can show a good attitude at work, they'll look after you very well. Good thing is that you have money paid to your account every Friday, and if you're not lazy, can make an extra £ on an overtimes and additional Saturday (if you work Mon-Fri). So summing up, if you're serious about work and not moaning about smallest effort you need to put, you can find TBC at Hanger Lane a good place to get a jobs from.

Very good agency . I have been away for six months and when I came back they faund me work next day.

I spent one year with them. But when I started to work in H&M warehouse everything went bad. You have to call them everyday to confirm your shift, even though you're booked for all week. The busiest day is sunday and if you don't come to work they'll blackmail you that they may not call you again. Oh and when your shift is cancelled they don't bother to inform you. It happened to me about 5 times, I went there and teamleader told me I have to go back home cos they don't need me. Of course nobody gave me back money for the bus. And don't go to Blue sky printing company on perivale - it's the worst, very mean girls.
