Touchstone Recruitment work hard to find you a position; they really care about their candidates. I had been looking for a job for a while before I came across Touchstone. They were genuinely interested in me and had real opportunities they could put me forward for. The whole team is friendly and full of practical interview and career advice. They put me forward for a really interesting opportunity that I might have not looked at. I got the job, which I have been doing for just over 3 months. It is a great fit for me and I really enjoy it. I would highly recommend them, as they are very professional and keep you in the loop with regular calls and emails. Within two weeks of meeting Touchstone I’d had an interview and a job offer.

I worked with the Touchstone team to help me find suitable candidates for two positions I had coming up. The first position was a highly skilled IT position for which we had a very specific criteria and the second was Junior Marketing Executive role which needed to be filled very quickly. The team were great at really exploring what exactly I was looking for, not just in terms of the necessary skillset but more interestingly looking at our entire team and assessing what would be the best fit in terms of company culture, location and of course experience level. After just one initial consultation the team had already identified six wonderful candidates who she helpfully arranged interviews for us with taking our calendar into consideration and working with us to really fine tune our needs. Recruiting new staff is often a ball ache and I have in the past attempted to self source or work with cheap providers who have nearly always cost me more money in the long run. Working with Touchstone I received a high quality service and most importantly the peace of mind knowing that they were there to pretty much handle everything.

I have tried to register with a few agencies over the summer but Touchstone Recruitment consultant Henrietta was really good. She was so quick of the mark. I spoke to her on a Friday regarding an advertised vacancy, was invited for an interview with her for the following Monday on the same day. At the interview she made me feel really at ease and went through my CV with me to see if I was a match for the vacancy which she confirmed at the end of our conversation. I had a call the next morning letting me know when I had my first interview with the company which was followed swiftly by a confirmation email. We talked after the interview about how I thought the interview went and she phoned me back after that to give me the potential employers feedback as well. She was on the ball to arrange the second interview once the company confirmed that they wanted to see me a second time. Both times Henrietta went through an interview prep over the phone which was really helpful. Although I didn't get the job I am staying registered with the agency as I thought their service so far has been outstanding. I would recommend the team to anyone looking for a job.

I tried several agencies after being abruptly made redundant and by far can recommend Touchstone as the most professional, up front and helpful agency out of them all. I approached Touchstone looking for a complete career change and with only CV in hand was invited in straight away for an interview in office to discuss my future plans. When I arrived in office I was introduced to both the permanent and temporary team and we sat down and went over my CV and agreed on suitable industries my previous experience would be best suited too. This was more than I have experienced at other recruitment agencies who will often tell you to email your CV and never get back to you so this pro active and personalized approach left me confident that the team had my best interests in mind. Needless to say a few days later I was invited back to the office for interview preparation with Henrietta about a vacancy she had recommended me too and we had discussed. From this I went straight to the interview and was called immediately afterward to make sure everything had gone smoothly. This is the personal approach that many agencies lack but it gives the candidate great confidence in knowing that even if you do not get the Job, that they will find,help and prepare you for anything they put you forward for. I did land the Job and this was all due to Touchstone as it was in an industry they had suggested to me and its now been 2 months and I am enjoying every minute of my new role. It would be unfair of me to single out anyone from the team as I have met them all and all are such lovely helpful people so I have high praise for the company and would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a recruitment agency with a proactive approach and their candidates best interests in mind.
