I can honestly say that Tradewind are the best recruitment agency I have worked for. Their professionalism, responsiveness and reliability is top notch! My education consultant, Carol has gone above and beyond in finding me the perfect roles within schools and during the peak of covid, made sure that my role was secured, I am especially thankful for that. She has been incredibly efficient and helpful since the start. It does make a very big difference when you feel supported in the agency you are involved with and I encourage others who are looking for that perfect agency to join this one! I have no doubt there’s are other employees just like her within Tradewind.

As a New Supply Teacher this year I've worked with a range of Supply Teaching Agency's with mixed results but working with Stuart Edge in the London Tradewind Office was fantastic. before and during the lockdown, Stuart was always really helpful, communicative and always tried to get me the best work to meet my requirements. He is really good for a chat and building a working relationship with. A good place to look if you're getting into Supply Teaching.

I am working with Tradewind as a supply teacher since last year. I want to thank my consultant Leanne who’s incredibly supportive. I was new in this country and I got someone who looks out for me matching my experience and ability to the right school. I have found my education consultant to be professional, loyal, hardworking. She is very easy to work with and we have developed a very honest relationship. Tradewind has been my main provider of supply work and I have been lucky to work with my consultant. She is a lovely person and I hope this positive relationship continues into the new academic year. I always recommend Tradewind to people who wants to try supply teaching.

Tradewind has some great consultants. I really enjoy working with Leanne in particular as she is very helpful and always sends me to schools I like to work with, she listens and communicates well, and she is a pleasure, truly. I always trust her word. Unfortunately, I haven't had a great experience with all consultants but I only tend to trust one anyway. If you are a cover supervisor doing day-to -day, I think Tradewind do quite well. I wish I could give 4 and a half stars!

Fantastic company who have provided me with regular work at good rates. The main person I have been working with was Craig and he has always very supportive and helpful, including listening to me wine if I had a bad day🤣.I think out of all the schools that I got sent to, there were one or two that I didn't enjoy...so on the whole you get sent to pretty good school. I do not have a lot of experiences with other agencies. Because almost from day one. They keep me busy giving me work. Some times could be a bit quiet (like the beggining of the year) but are in general it does not matter about the agency. People there were very attentive with me. Carol helped me a lot when I was working as a TA and now I have been working with Rachel and she got me some very good placements as a Teacher. A good agency. I worked with Tradewind about a year ago. I'm an American teacher, and I got my PGCE in London. I wanted to stay and work, and Tradewind said they could help me find a school willing to sponsor me. The first school that I interviewed with, I got the job and a promise of sponsorship. While this isn't necessarily Tradewind's fault, the school did not correctly apply for sponsorship in time for me to start work, so I was forced to go back to the United States. The communication between the agency and the school was muddled, as the school was under the impression that the agency would apply for the visa, but the agency assured me it was the responsibility of the school. Other than the lack of clarity between them and the school, they were very pleasant to work with and found me a job quickly. Communication did stop being so prompt after I had accepted the job, though, and they had said I would accept the job without giving me a chance to negotiate salary. Ups and downs, but mostly ups! If you're a UK/EU citizen, I recommend them!
