My recruiter Kyle Hicks is a fantastic recruiter - the best I've ever worked with. He is professional and gets you the connections you need - and also goes out of his way to provide details about upcoming interviews to improve an applicant's chance of success. In addition to this, he has an excellent eye for great candidate-company matches, as he did for me. I may not have got the position, but it aligned nearly perfectly with my skillset and needs. Last but not least, Kyle is outstandingly charismatic and made the process feel positive and like he had a personal stake in my success, which eased the recruiter process significantly compared to other recruiters I have worked with. I haven't worked with other Soda members, but if they are anything like Kyle then you guys are fantastic!

Irfaan blew me away with the level of service and support he provided me during my job search.
