In a nutshell: personable, slick, thoughtful recruitment at its very best! Less than 24 hours after I applied for a role my application was efficiently filtered by Hannah, before I was put in direct contact with Rosa, the consultant taking care of the role. Her warm professionalism enhanced the whole process, and within the six days that followed our initial discussion I went through a total of four interviews with the employer in question, each of which was followed by a thorough debrief with Rosa. Be it by email, phone or WhatsApp, Rosa has been irreproachably available and an absolute pleasure to collaborate with since the day I sent my application to VWA! As a mature and "old school" EA/PA, it was never going to be easy returning to work in London! Many agencies receive a high volume of prospective emails that they don't feel it's important to follow-up on.
