It's a really friendly environment and there is always work available as hospitals and nursing homes are constantly in need of nurses and healthcare workers to cover a plethora of shifts - so saying "there is no work" is untrue. Furthermore, Whatsapp is a platform they use for communication but they don't "pester" you with texts. They are a respectable private limited company - small but not "doggy". I believe S W is slightly confused and I suggest that (whoever you are) you get your facts straight and stop trying to make false accusations that are downright ridiculous.
