I just moved to London at the start of this month and signed up with The Graduate Recruitment Agency because a friend in the same position last year recommended them. I have to say that from the get go they were very responsive and very accommodating. I emailed them with my CV and within a few days they called me and set up a meeting with me. That very day (Monday) they organised an interview for me for the following Wednesday and I was invited back for the second part of the interview today (Friday). Within 5 days I had been offered a great job and of course I accepted. I'm absolutely delighted and would recommend them to anyone. A special thanks to the lovely Lydia for being fantastic to deal with. She tailored to my needs and made me one very happy customer. Keep up the good work guys! :D

I called up the Graduate Recruitment Company expecting to have to wait a while before they might get me into an interview, but found myself in an interview the next day. The staff are great and listen to any reservations you might have about roles, which means that in the end you end up with a job you want. I never had any problems getting hold of someone to talk to and the people I worked with let me know if they would be unavailable for any reason. In short GRC got me a job in about a month and the staff are honest and easy to work with. Strongly recommended.

The Graduate Recruitment Company have been absolutely brilliant in helping me find a job. In less than a week after submitting my CV to them for consideration, they had me in their offices and after interviews with 2 of the team, their enthusiasm and drive to get me job interviews, meant I had 3 within 2 days. I had been looking for a job for about a few months before I was registered with The Graduate Recruitment Company, and had only been put forward for 2 interviews in that space of time from other recruitment agencies. As soon as I went in to register with them I met with Claudia who I had been speaking to on the phone and via email for a week or so before, and she was just as lovely in person. It was amazing how on the ball and on track they were with finding jobs that I didn't even know existed that matched my skills and goals. The first time I went in I came out with 3 job interviews all for the next week, and by the end of that week I had a job! In the space of leaving my previous job which was 2 weeks ago, the GRC have put me forward for multiple interviews, been there through every step giving helpful advice and guidance and have again helped me get into my second job role just 2 weeks after signing back up! Things were pretty bleak with Grad Schemes etc, but after going in and speaking to someone face to face it became extremely positive. Abigail Moss invited me to meet her in the office and we got to working on roles for me straight away. I must say my needs were considered greatly and we discussed in detail the kind of roles that would suit me and my salary expectations and then the interviews started rolling in. Other members if the team approached me with roles that they thought I may like which was nice, as it was all handled in a professional yet personal manner. I have been extremely impressed with GRC. They were very professional and supportive throughout my job search. At my initial registration, I met with three consultants (Lydia, Jenny and Zoe) and discussed what kind of roles I was interested in, my skills and background etc... Personable, understanding and professional. I had an interview within 24hrs of meeting my consultant and then a conformation and start date within 3 days! Throughout the whole process contact was made which was always reassuring and well timed. Overall a mixed experience with Aspire. I got a good interview with them at the start; getting to the second round. This however might have been beginner's luck and had to pester for feedback. I had a few phone interviews, but again would never hear back from them. This presented them as apathetic and disingenuous. However, I would like to thank Bolu, Alice and Alexander for helping me nonetheless.

They were very efficient in finding me a job. However, had over sold the opportunity. I was told there was going to be excellent sales training and there was. I cannot fault it at all, it is part of the reason I became successful at the lead generation role. However, the company was sold to me as big and growing and with lots of opportunities to progress. There is not. Before accepting a job, find out the companies turnover and amount of employees. Small turnover and employees, means a small opportunity to progress. If you just want a job you can do and make money, then don't worry, accept and get to work. However, If your determined to succeed work for a company with a large turn over and sales department.
